Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), China’s top legislature, held talks Wednesday afternoon with Kim Hyong-o, speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea (ROK). Wu spoke highly of Sino-ROK relations and the positive role that the two legislatures have played in enhancing bilateral relations.
